Customer Service and Professional Barista Apprenticeships Starbucks Coffee Company (UK), Edinburgh Remit Training is recruiting 16 apprentice baristas for 8 different stores in the Edinburgh area on behalf of Starbucks. As a barista you could be serving and preparing coffee in café’s, restaurants, coffee bars and hotels. A barista will use a specialist coffee machine which produces espresso and will then turn this espresso into many different styles of coffee including; latte’s, cappuccino’s, macchiato and Americano’s.
