43 WORK STATION FOR RESEARCH STUDENTS Provides space for full time PhD and Masters by research students only ‘Open-concept’: Every research student can use at first come first serve basis. Students are fully responsible of the safety of the room and its facilities.

44 WORK STATION FOR RESEARCH STUDENTS School of Graduate Studies (SPS) is also offering workspace for PhD students (local & International) at Block G05 & G06. Those who are interested please fill in the form, get the supervisor’s and faculty’s recommendation, then submit to SPS

46 OUR EXPECTATIONS Students to take charge of their own academic planning and activities, e.g. class schedule, online registration, project datelines, graduation requirements, withdrawal datelines and procedures, etc. Comply to the “academic calendar” for a particular semester. Students to meet with their supervisor on a regular basis. Students are encouraged to participate in the faculty’s activities (colloquium, research talk by visiting professors, workshops).
