Shafter’s San Joaquin Rail Facility AB 1768 SEC. 23. (a) The sum of five million dollars ($5,000,000) is hereby appropriated from the Public Transportation Account in the State Transportation Fund to the Department of Transportation, for local assistance to the City of Shafter for the Southern San Joaquin Valley Intermodal Facility.
