Fundamentals of Business Coaching Important points of my speech The purpose of my subject selection is being able to help the company to motivate employees so that there is no monotony and these work without motivation. Thus, I am interested to show that a coaching process is based on how the coach helps the individual or the company to improve it. The basics of business coaching are a tool beneficial to a company and / or individual. The coaching process has the largest and best information to solve the situations facing the company and / or individual. The coach let the coachee learns by itself, and thus it can find the best solution for your situation. In fact, the coach is a professional with extensive and proven experience that inspires confidence. The coach is a facilitator of new learning and structural change. Each apprentice (coachee) brings the best of himself in order to get the best results. The process of coaching is based on stopping and changing needs in setting learning objectives. Also in the coaching process, the coach conducts interviews in order to deepen and to facilitate the development of the coachee.

3. Continuation… Meanwhile, the coaching process in addition to its phases has some steps. In fact, it is very important to establish necessary conditions for the coaching process is performed successfully. So a coach must have a successful relationship with the coachee in order to obtain positive results. Therefore, the coach must accept the coachee, the coachee respect, be present at all times and gain the trust of the coachee. The coaching process requires you to perform some steps which start from the mental preparation, the relationship between coach and coachee, until the time and place of the stage where they conducted coaching sessions. It is important to note the steps to the coaching process to consider the conditions necessary for the process. Also, a good coach should give their best when a coaching session. You must leave your personal problems aside their concerns to avoid possible project or perceive in the other person's positive or negative traits and characteristics that belong to coach in general. A coach is a leader who wants perform as such. Thus, coaching is a versatile tool and should be used by any organization as part of development strategies for improving it. Also, improve organizational performance and be a success in the organization, greatly helps employees have a safe place and be able to perform in their area of ​​ work. Finally, the process of coaching is the way an organization stay afloat in any situation that comes their way. So the company will have better results and benefits for the same.

4. Continuation… This issue is very important for society, not only for individual companies or people if not for the world in general. So I as a Human Resources officer would conduct a workshop and would give employees information on business coaching, as they as employees are entitled to certain privileges. In fact, I give workshops emphasize a display of such training as beneficiary them if they implement my idea to their daily lives. Indeed, I say ideas, as it would be a benefit for them to be trained and to help them grow not only as individuals but as employees in the company. The basics of business coaching are a series of workouts that gives the coach employees (coachee) so that they know and accept where your faults are when working. From my point of view, such training would be useful when a company or individual to be affected by what has not complied or failed to do. A clear and effective display, would that employees take the initiative to take this training and so the company as they would benefit, hoping to get better results, grow and succeed in finding mistakes. Moreover, a good call for serious action that employees know to be honest with the coaches and they can make a confident, so they can help them. So I invite you to take the initiative to take these trainings for the benefit of all of you. In fact, the training is based on three phases which are six steps to follow in order to get a good workout. However, in order to make such training company should hire the coach who must be highly trained to provide such training. In addition, the company will have a conference room for the employee to feel comfortable when taking this training, in order to motivate them and them sit in complete confidence. Also, my target for these workouts is that each employee knows their weaknesses and strengths, therefore, lose fears and can take on any task assigned to him. In order to fully train them so they know to function and do a good job.

5. My Experience Short reflection about you process creating this speech. How was this experience for you? Honestly, it was a unique experience, since no English, and each of the assignments was most spoken and was a big challenge for me. In fact, talking about this subject was not difficult, since previously take this kind of business coaching and was a class which I like very much, because I love my focus and what I study now. Also, in my opinion, a coaching process would be of great benefit to an individual and business in general. Each part of the assigned work was a challenge for me, every time the task is completed, said waooo now comes the good, non-English speaking, every word was a challenge to say it, sometimes recorded and listened once again to record, and I did not like it as it had been.
