2. About Petrotrin Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (“Petrotrin”), is an integrated Oil and Gas Company. It is a limited liability company that is wholly owned by the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Its principal activities are the exploration for, development of and production of hydrocarbons and the manufacturing and marketing of petroleum products. The company was incorporated on January 21, 1993 to consolidate and operate the petroleum producing, refining and marketing assets of State-owned enterprises: Trinidad and Tobago Oil Company Limited (Trintoc) and Trinidad and Tobago Petroleum Company Limited (Trintopec). In 2000, Petrotrin acquired the assets of Texaco Inc. in the joint venture Trinmar Limited, making that entity a part of its Exploration and Production operations. Petrotrin operates in land and marine acreage across the southern half of Trinidad with offshore operations at Galeota in the southeast and in the Gulf of Paria. The registered office of the Company is located at Petrotrin Administration Building, Southern Main Road, Pointe-a-Pierre, Trinidad, West Indies.

4. Petroleum Products Aviation Gasoline Petrotrin is a supplier of leaded Aviation Gasoline Grade 100/130. The material meets DERD 2485 specs and ASTM D 910-95a. Maximum parcel size is 15MB. Avjet / Kerosene Avjet meeting the DERD specs, ASTM 1655 and all other major issuing bodies specs and checklists is available in parcel sizes up to 30,000 MT. Diesel / Heating Oil Petrotrin supplies various grades of gas oils (38 to 45 cetane) to the Local, Regional, and International Markets. Typical sulphur is 0.5 wt% but some low suplhur (0.05%) material is also available. Fuel Oil Low and medium sulphur fuel oils are available. Typically, the material is low pour, low metals with less than 8% asphaltenes. Liquified Petroleum Gas Petrotrin can supply Commercial Propane (predominantly propane and/or propylene), Commercial Butane (predominantly butane and/or butylene) and mixtures of grades above as pressurized LPG in 5 to 15MB parcels. Motor Gasoline Petrotrin manufactures premium grades of motor gasolines to customer specifications. We supply the local, regional, Latin American and US Gulf Coast markets. Oxygenated gasoline (using MTBE) is available. Sulphur Pelletized suplhur is available for loading in bulk by conveyor belt.
