DCL GUIDELINES OF SOLAR CERTIFICATION Requeriments for registration of suppliers  The product has a valid certification by a recognized independent certification body such as "Solar Keymark", SRCC, or equivalent.  The supplier submits an undertaking that the supplier will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the solar water heating system.  The suppliers submits an undertaking that they will provide a warranty for the product supplied according to the requirements of Circular (183) 20 11.
