Itinerary - Wednesday 09.00 coach with Miss Saxelby and Mrs Davies. Mrs Booth will meet us there. 11.00 arrive, intro to Hagg Farm, kit issue (all waterproofs and boots), fire drill, unpack. Meet Gareth – course leader at Hagg Farm. 12.30 Lunch - Packed lunch needed. Please also bring a drinks bottle that can be refilled and used for the duration of the stay.

Itinerary - Wednesday 13.30-16.30: 1: Abseiling (off site – minibus) 2: Climbing and zip wire 3: Geocache (and shelter building if time) (Muskham staff led) 17.30 Dinner (Fish, chips and mushy peas. Followed by jam tart and custard) including washing up! 19.00 Night line activities in the woods behind Hagg Farm. 20.30 Sorting lunch for Thursday Chill out time before bed

Itinerary - Thursday 08.00 Breakfast (Sausages, bacon, hash browns, beans, cereal, toast etc) 09.30 Meet with Gareth to begin activities 09.30-12.30 1: Geocache (and shelter building if time) 2: Abseiling 3: Climbing and zip wire

Itinerary - Thursday 12.30 Lunch at Hagg Farm centre. Mrs Fryer arrives. 13.30-16.30: whichever activity your group hasn’t done. 17.30 Dinner (Pasta Bolognese and garlic bread, followed by chocolate mars bar sponge and ice cream) Diary tasks, preparing lunch for Friday, shop visit (no more than £5 please), then film night. Mrs Booth leaves.

Itinerary - Friday 08.00 Breakfast (sausage and bacon baps, cereal, toast etc) Cleaning up, packing, handing back kit etc 10.00 Coach with Miss Saxelby and Mrs Davies. Coach stopping at Clumber park for ‘picnic and play’ on the way back to school. 14.30 Arrive back at school Children can be collected at this time – let me know if your child will need to stay in school until 3.30.

Forms Parental consent form (covers everything) Essential Outdoor Equipment Checklist – please let me know what size walking boots your child requires. Waterproof trousers and coat will be sorted when we arrive.

Whilst we are away No mobile phones, iPods etc. If you have a camera your child wishes to bring, that’s fine. Staff will take lots of photos and upload on the website on our return. Text updates for you School mobile for emergencies
