4. Not Yet Posted versus Posted Transactions Ability to setup the program to require transactions to be posted. Benefits:  Allows the user to audit transactions before they post them leaving less room for error.  Creates audit trail once transactions become posted as they are locked for editing. Users must VOID the entry once it’s posted, even if the period is still open. Attributes:  Easy Batch Posting process.  Ability to pull reports to Include or Exclude Not Yet Posted Transactions.

5. Automatic Fund Balancing Ability to systematically keep your funds in balance when managing completely separate set of books. Initial setup includes the ability to warn the user if cross funds and create automatic journal entries when this happens. Once System Due To/From Accounts are setup in the COA, can associate these to the appropriate fund in the Fund Setup.
