9. Please note that the Math department has reviewed all Juniors’ math courses, progress, ability, etc. and will have a fourth year math recommendation for each student as he/she enters the 12 th grade.

10.  Course Registration Form  Circle both the course ID and the course title  Select one of each from the core categories  Select 4 electives from the other categories  Semester only courses must be paired with another semester only course.  Choose three alternate electives and list them in the box provided. Write your summer phone number and/or email address at the top of the course request sheet.

11. Course Request Changes Your counselor will review the courses selected and make any changes needed to meet graduation requirements. You will receive a copy of your course request in May. This will be your only opportunity to make changes. No elective changes will be made once we leave for Summer. Please note that courses are granted on a first come first serve basis, so if you do not get your first choice, be sure to list alternates
