5 Streetscape Remove coverings Restore storefront, transom area, upper windows, and parapet. Restore display windows, recessed entry, and vertical columns that express the 25-foot wide storefront

6 Upper Facades Remove cover-up materials Repair historic features, such as brick detailing and cornices Clean brick facades and tuck point decayed mortar joints

7 Upper Windows Remove blocked-in windows, shutters, glass block Install windows compatible with historic period Completely fill window cavity with window
