Presentation of the Consortium for Development of Polesine APP4INNO PROJECT APP4INNO PROJECT - Pésc, 24 th October 2012 THE CONSVIPO The Consortium for Development of Polesine has been established in 1963 promoted by the Province of Rovigo, the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Artisanship, Agriculture and all the Municipalities of the province of Rovigo. Territorial Agency for programming, coordination and animator of the social and economic development of the territory of the Rovigo province, it works to promote and support the inhabitants and entrepreneurs of opportunities offered in the area of Rovigo province.

Presentation of the Consortium for Development of Polesine APP4INNO PROJECT APP4INNO PROJECT - Pésc, 24 th October 2012 AIMS The Consortium for development operates in synergy with Public and private bodies, Company Associations, Companies, Labour Unions with the aim to provide harmony and homogeneity to the initiatives for the growth of the "Polesine System". It assists and supports consorted municipalities to programme and implement projects. It promotes activities to favour the realisation of financed initiatives for economic development of the area.

Presentation of the Consortium for Development of Polesine APP4INNO PROJECT APP4INNO PROJECT - Pésc, 24 th October 2012 - Districts: The Consvipo has promoted and supported the “Fishing Cluster” and the “Amusements Cluster” Local “planning in partnership” actions - The CONVIPO is responsible of the I.P.A. Area Programmatic Agreement”, a new tool of decentralized planning and of territorial development provided by the Regional Law no. 35/2001. The IPA gives to the Public local Organizations and Economic and Social bodies the opportunity to participate at the regional planning with agreements and proposals to promote the economical and social development.

Presentation of the Consortium for Development of Polesine APP4INNO PROJECT APP4INNO PROJECT - Pésc, 24 th October 2012 - In March 2009 the Consvipo has established and promoted a “FOUND OF GUARANTEE” of access at the credit to help and support the Sme in the Polesine area. More of Credit Institution have agreed at the initiative given a favourable banking conditions with a plafond of 30 millions of euro.

Innovative project for renewable energy in public sector: PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM IN POLESINE The “PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM IN POLESINE” is a pilot-project with the issue of set up photovoltaic systems in each Municipality of the Rovigo province that will allow a reduction of the CO2 emissions in the atmosphere and a saving of energy expenses. 38 Municipalities have involved to the project and no. 62 photovoltaic systems will be install. (€ 6 million)

Presentation of the Consortium for Development of Polesine APP4INNO PROJECT APP4INNO PROJECT - Pésc, 24 th October 2012 Infrastructural initiatives for spreading ICT: Polesine TLC is a company which was constituted in 2003 by the CONSVIPO which is the Authority responsible for the infrastructure of broadband in the Rovigo province with the aim to construct the infrastructure of the broadband over the Polesine territory in order to reduce the “digital divide”. It allows companies and the Public Administration to surf the net much more quickly, but above all to use the opportunities offered by the “Information Society” by 2010.
