HEALTH INFORMATION & PATIENT SAFETY BILL 2015 Introduction Introduced by Minister for Health Leo Varadkar in November 2015; Sought to bring forward Health Information Legislation such as Health Information Bill 2009; Seeks to link into Patient Identifiers Act 2014; Was not passed by Houses of the Oireachtas prior to 2016 General Election. 2
