i MSIT 15 Open Source Software 1.FOSS (Free Open Source Software): All software used in the course is open source and free of cost. 2.All software used in the course is cross-platform (works same on Mac or PC AND has same user- interface). 3.OpenOffice http://openoffice.org 4.GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program). http://www.gimp.org 5.Exceptions: We will require some use of free TRIAL editions of commercial software.
