1. January 6, 2008 Pray for Oklahoma missionaries Anthony Jordan and his wife Polla: 1. For wisdom in all the decisions he must make. 2. For power from the Holy Spirit in preaching God’s Word. 3. For vision for the work of the Kingdom in Oklahoma. 4. For a pure heart. 5. For protection for him and his family.

2. January 13, 2008 Pray for International missionaries Burney and June Tate: 1. For the people in Peru to come to know Jesus personally and not just know about Him. 2. For churches to be started in northern Peru. 3. For guidance to make the message of God’s love clear in teaching English classes. 4. For safety in travel. 5. For safety at all times — crime is high in the area, especially stealing.

3. January 20, 2008 Pray for North American missionary Julie Repass: 1. For every international student at the University of Hawaii to have the opportunity to hear and respond to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 2. For her to be effective in discipling and preparing the students to return home to be spiritual leaders in their countries. 3. For protection and for strength to fight the many spiritual battles and to be a light in the darkness. 4. For her to be continually led by the Holy Spirit and that He will give her rest, refreshment and encouragement.

4. January 27, 2008 Pray for Oklahoma missionaries Hiroyuki and Keiko Makise: 1. For them to receive their green cards (permanent Visas) — their current Visas expire in 2008. 2. For their three children living in Japan. 3. For the Japanese Mission in Oklahoma City to become self-supporting. 4. For the sponsoring churches: Baptist Temple, Northwest and Immanuel. 5. For additional workers needed in Tulsa and Lawton. 6. For new ministries needed in Norman and Oklahoma City.
