Through a competitive request for proposal process IID selected Coachella Energy Storage Partners (CESP) to construct and integrate to its resource portfolio a 33- MVA/20MWh BESS; project specifics:  Building 40ft. x 220ft.  360 battery racks; 5,760 total batteries  Thirty 1.25-MVA inverters and thirty 1.275-MVA transformers CESP developed a partnership which included General Electric, Samsung and Chula Vista Electric
