15. This network grows and grows filled with information that is required to be captured.

16. Information, that is essential for, efficient monitoring & evaluation of your projects.

17. DDU-GKY has; 50+ processes 70+ Activities 300+ Transactions that contain information And this is if you have 1 Project, 1 Training Centre & 1 Batch.

18. This forms the premise of our problem. How to capture all this information, so that we can access it on a real time basis, in a manner which makes sense and this information once recorded is not subject to changes?

19. We can use excel, physical copes of forms to capture and store this information. First approach in mind

20. But neither of these two options ensure Data integrity, real time availability & information that makes sense. Is that a feasible solution ?
