5 Training and Staffing Implications
Second two District Resources for 1.5 years (Currently January 2014) one technical system support and one educational/training support. Deliver Role Specific Training to District Education and Technical Support Staff, School Administrators (2 days), Administrative-Assistants (2 days), Guidance Counsellors (1 day), and Lead Teachers (1 day) completed before May 2014 Schedule all ASD-W Schools for school year completed by May 2014 Large High Schools (6 days) Smaller High Schools, Middle and Elementary School (2-3 Days) Train all teachers (before September 2014) .5 day with follow online support MJM
