7. Considerations in design.  Totally accessible.  Capable of hosting specific numbers.  Stage for productions.  Commercial kitchen and bar.  Water storage and catchments.  Service access.  Sports viewing and general outlook.

8. Funding and Sponsorship.  Donations.  Sale of Assets.  Naming Rights.  Business sponsorship.  Community Vine Sponsorship.  A Country occasion.  Annual auction.  Gaming machines and others.  Internal event.

9. Building the Complex.  Local Contractor engaged.  Trust board input into all decisions.  Sub Contractors.

10. Building Completion  Opened two weeks before Rangers 50 th Jubilee.  Major promotion around opening with a dawn blessing and an open day.  Finished on time, within budget and with funds left in reserve already allocated for completion of specific projects.
