WHAT IS IT? PURPOSES: TO ASSESS COMMUNITY COLLEGE STUDENTS’ PROFICIENCY WITH INFORMATION COMPETENCY SKILLS AS DEFINED BY BAY AREA REGIONAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE INFORMATION COMPETENCY STANDARDS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION; TO ASSESS COMMUNITY COLLEGE STUDENTS’ PROFICIENCY WITH INFORMATION COMPETENCY SKILLS AS DEFINED BY BAY AREA REGIONAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE INFORMATION COMPETENCY STANDARDS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION;
