3 Avoid Cloud Lock-In Migrating data centers to the cloud is a booming trend. According to a Verizon report, 65% of companies have moved at least some operations to the cloud. The government has even mandated a "cloud first" policy for agencies. But with more cloud-based operations, moves out of the cloud or cloud- to-cloud will occur more often - moves that are not without risk.
