Energy Exchange : Federal Sustainability for the Next Decade Learning Outcomes By attending this session, attendees will: Learn the importance of mission to spur desired behavioral changes and a culture in which energy savings or sustainability matter. Understand the importance of interplay of human and organizational factors in the adoption of policies, procedures, or technologies. Understand the multiple motivations within organizations in creating and implementing effective energy reduction programs. 2
