Introduction – Basic Information Student-run Clinic Staffed by Clarian physicians Saturdays 10am-2pm Located @ Neighborhood Fellowship Church 3102 E. 10 th St. Indianapolis, IN Supported by IU School of Medicine, Clarian, private donors

Ways to Get Involved Volunteer at the clinic 9:30am – 2pm Join a sub-committee Email the sub-committee chair Records Chair – to be elected Must be an MS3 Must have volunteered at least twice previously More information coming soon! For questions, contact chair@iu-soc.org

Operations Help write policies and procedures for various aspects of the clinic, including: General and Administrative Policies Emergency Management Medical Records and Supplies Human Resources Patient Care If you’re the type of person who likes to work on projects at his/her own pace, are looking for a way to help build the foundation of the clinic, and are fairly organized, this committee has you written all over it. Volunteers Volunteer committee is composed of 2 subcommittees: 1) Faculty 2) Student Subcommittees help organize volunteering at the clinic as well as for recruitment of new IUSOC members Faculty volunteer coordinator should preferrably be an MS3 or someone who is familiar with faculty members Student volunteer coordinators can be from any class!
