2 Definition Ubiquitous computing describes a way that humans and computers interact. Bringing computers into and interacting with our world instead of with theirs.

3 Examples 1) An alarm clock goes off and your coffee machine will turn on. 2) Your car gets onto your driveway and the garage door opens. 3) Saving a document on one computer and it will save to you so wherever you walk the info will follow you

4 Ubiquitous Computing and Distributed Computing Each computer that is within the ubiquitous network completes it's own tasks and shares the information it gathers. Through the sharing of information amongst one another they save processing power and limit redundant information processing.
