Leigh Cook, Director of Sales Leigh has over twenty years of production experience. She graduated from the Colorado Institute of Art with an Associate’s in Music and Video Business and from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s in Theatre Production. Leigh began her career in stage lighting and video production and joined the PSAV Team in 2006 as a Sales Manager. She later served as Director of Event Technology and Director of Sales at properties throughout South Florida before joining the PSAV team in New York. Mark LeGrady, Director of Operations Prior to joining PSAV in 2011, Mark could be found supervising in the private events field. He organized and orchestrated events for clients as diverse as The WWE, Law & Order: SVU and The CBS Morning Show. Mark brings his knowledge and "get it done" attitude to work every day, ensuring that each customer receives the best hotel audio visual experience possible. Meet the PSAV Team! Fred Randow, Director of Event Technology Fred has over 25 years in the AV/Event Technology Industry, including the last 12 with PSAV. He worked his way up from Assistant Director to Director and eventually Regional VP where Fred oversaw 27 hotels and grew revenues more than 25% over a six year period. The region also boasted some of the highest customer service scores in the entire company. Fred is an extremely organized and goal driven professional with outstanding communications skills. Chris Donahue, Senior Sales Manager Although Chris started his career with PSAV in 1998 as a technician at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich, he has been working in the events industry since the early nineties. Chris has worked with PSAV at a number properties in the New York City Metro and the US Virgin Islands. He even had a stint as PSAV’s NY Metro Technical Trainer, now he brings his decades of experience to the Sheraton New York Times Square.

John Fahnestock, Sales Manager John joined the PSAV Team at the Sheraton New York Times Square in 2010. However, his New York City theatrical and event lighting experience began in 1979. Since then, John has held sales positions at Big Apple Lights, Production Arts Lighting and Altman Lighting. He has his BFA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and his MFA from Penn State. Maintaining the integrity of the design within a set budget has been John’s mission statement throughout his storied career. Jason Mele, Assistant Director Jason has a degree in Audio Engineering from The Audio Recording Technology Institute and joins the PSAV Team at the Sheraton New York with over 10 years of experience in Hotel and Convention audio visual, including stints at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, the Omni Del Rio in San Antonio, TX and 7 years aboard Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and Princess Cruise Lines as AV Manager. He is well versed in all aspects of audio visual be it small meetings or large conventions. Andrew Heinrich, Assistant Director Andrew has over 19 years experience in audiovisual event production and has produced global events in many venues. He has managed the Event Production teams at Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley prior to joining PSAV. Andrew graduated from Cortland State University with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and NY Institute of Technology with an MA in Media Management. Andrew began his career in Television Production at WCTV-CBS in Tallahassee, Florida and ensures that he strives to provide the highest level of service and exceed client expectations for every event.
