What happens next? £900 will be the maximum the school can charge It is not first come, first served but there is a maximum of 40 students we can cater for. All students will be informed if they have a place or not after 31 st Jan. There will be a reserve list. PAYMENT SCHEDULE To reserve a place on this trip, a deposit of £150.00 per student is required by Friday 31 st January 2014 A 2 nd deposit of £150.00 is due 4 weeks later on Friday 28 th February 2014 Final payment deadline on or before the due date of: Friday 9th January 2015

OUTSTANDING BEHAVIOUR “As with any school trip, (but particularly this trip as it is overseas), parents and students should be aware that if a pupil’s behaviour or attendance become unacceptable prior to departure, then the school reserves the right to exclude them from the trip and this could jeopardise any refund of monies paid to that date minus the cost of a name change, which is set at the discretion of the travel company”.
