IEEE Central Texas Section SWOT Analysis Strength – Good team work & network to recruit speakers. Weakness – Recruiting new members for the leadership team. Opportunity – Host joint events with other groups. Threat – Staying relevant as local technical employment conditions improve and CTCN membership ages.

IEEE Central Texas Section Chapter Plans / Issues Mix topics at monthly meetings to cover professional development, training, and technical topics. Co-host workshop (if another chapter is interested). Recruit younger members via workshop focus and speaker topic choices. Fill Communications Manager opening. Improve return rate for first time attendees.
