General principles No selectivity : services available to firms of all sizes and from all sectors Not act as a substitute for the company, but rather be complementary Give companies a « helping hand » by supporting their proactive initiative Comprehensive range of services at all stages of the export process Financial or non-financial support Free services (excluding costs of participation in commercial prospecting actions) Make the companies’ life easier (e-gov)
