To access the video, go to Gallagher One (http://gis.ajg.com), use the AJG and Me dropdown menu and click My Training.http://gis.ajg.com You must watch the entire video in order to have access to Silverpop and e-mail campaigns. GALLAGHER & CO. | BUSINESS WITHOUT BARRIERS™ 4 On your homepage, click the + button in your top menu Click on the Campaigns link so you can easily access your e-mail campaigns in your menu bar Once the button appears in your menu bar, click it. To keep the button in your menu, you must use the “Customize Tabs” option Step 2 Login to Salesforce

Everything on the page is internal only, for you to be able to identify your campaign – clients and prospects will not see any of this. Step 4 Set campaign details

Step 5 Set up your audience 1.Scroll down to Custom Links 2.Select Manage Members dropdown menu 3.Click Add Members 4.Use the dropdown Fields on the Manage Members page to filter (by e-mail and/or name, etc.) which contacts you’d like to sent the e-mail 5.Select members 6.Use the “Add with Status” drop down and click “sent” to add them

GALLAGHER & CO. | BUSINESS WITHOUT BARRIERS™ 12 Step 7 Send your e-mail Fill out message information – this will be pre-filled but you can change if you’d like Select sending options – You can either send right away or schedule a time to send e-mail – When scheduling a time in the future to send e-mail, always schedule in Central Time (an hour behind Eastern Time)
