Charts Charts are what we call graphs in math class. Charts are visual representations of worksheet data. Charts often makes it easier to understand the data in a worksheet because users can easily pick out patterns and trends illustrated in the chart that are otherwise difficult to see. Creating a chart Select the data that you want to use for creating a chart Then go to the Insert tab Charts Group and select the chart type that described most your chart In the Location group on the Chart Tools Design tab, click the Move Chart button to place the chart in a chart sheet or embed it into a worksheet Panayiotis Christodoulou

Line Chart Are used to show trends over time. Each line in the graph shows the changes in the value of one item of data. For example you could show changes in your weight over a period of months as a result of eating a quadruple cheese and bacon hamburger every day for lunch. Panayiotis Christodoulou

Switch Row/Column If you want the animals, displayed on the vertical axis, to be displayed on the horizontal axis instead, execute the following steps. Select the chart. The Chart Tools contextual tab activates. On the Design tab, click Switch Row/Column. Panayiotis Christodoulou

Data labels You can use data labels to focus your readers' attention on a single data series or data point. Select the chart. The Chart Tools contextual tab activates.
