(Report to be submitted to RMC Surveillance Team Chair) 2-Add brief reference to travel allowance process (once finalized) Team Members:Susie Neal Will Tate Bryan Milne Rich Vinton

(while conflicts of interest are typically disclosed on Appendix I forms, there is still a strong perception that a conflict of interests still exists)
