5 Costs of Globalization ○ Offshoring: Move production facilities to other countries because of cheap labor ○ Outsourcing: Hire overseas companies to produce parts or services ○ Diseases are spread more quickly ○ Financial crisis in one country can greatly spread to others ○ Loss of culture
