2 P2: Return to local centers carry out the works Set up “PET - CT National Working Team” 4 NM physician, 2 physicist, 2 radiopharmacist, 2 technologists, from 2 centres Project Planning Meeting on Strengthening Clinical Applications of PET in RCA Member States, 21 st - 23rd January 2008, Vienna, Austria Identify center to join the RTC Regional Training Course (RTC): P1: After return from RTC set up a 3-day national workshop: 5 participants from each centers each with PET-CT IAEA input Material from RTC Expert P3: Inter-hospital PET-CT conference 6 monthly, National PET-CT workshop every 1-2 years Comment: Probable need to link with other programme and incorporate National workshop due to limitation of NM personnel in country Achievement Well-trained personnel: 4-6 NM physicians, 2 physicists, 1-2 oncologist, 2 radiopharmacist (P2) Sustainability: Regular conferences (P3) Malaysia Workplan on Strengthening Clinical Applications of PET in RCA Member States (RAS/6/049) Mid term Progress Assessment Meeting / Impact of PET in Region: Q3, 2009, NZL/BDG Final Progress Assessment Meeting: Q4, 2010 BGD/VIET
