2. Creating a new Notebook Click “FILE”

3. Creating a new Notebook Select “New” and save either locally on your computer or in the cloud on your OneDrive

4. Setting Up Sections Right click on “New Section 1” Select “Rename” Rename suggestions: Week 1 Date Aug 13-17 Topic

5. Adding Lectures and Syllabi Set up OneNote to insert Powerpoints and Documents onto one page: Click “FILE” Select “Options” on the sidebar Select “Advanced” Make sure the box under “Printouts” is UNCHECKED

6. Log into Sakai Sakai.unc.edu

7. Navigate to Course page

8. Click on Calendar on Left Navigation

9. Click on the first PowerPoint Lecture to download

10. Insert the PowerPoint in OneNote In OneNote, click Insert > File Printout > Select the downloaded PowerPoint from Sakai

11. Title the Presentation in the Box The Title now appears On the right hand side

12. Return to Sakai Calendar Click on Syllabus to Download

13. Insert the Syllabus in OneNote In OneNote, click Insert > File Printout > Select the downloaded Syllabus from Sakai

14. Type in File Name: Syllabus The title now appears on the right hand side

15. Repeat! Then create next section.

16. Click the tab at the top to create New Section

17. Title the new section for the week, then repeat steps to download PowerPoint and Syllabus
