2. TIMELINES – PG. 5 To download the TAR, log onto the Online Training System (OTS) and go to the Transition Attainment Record tab under Teacher Tools. Complete the TAR anytime after test administrator training and certification. Recommend completing the TAR in conjunction with Transition Planning meeting or the Annual Admissions and Release Committee (ARC) meeting if possible. All TARs must be completed by May 27, 2016.
