7 On-Site Segregation  Encouraged from the start of development  Encourage all Stakeholders to Minimise Waste On-Site Minimisation  Plasterboard, Timber, Cardboard & Plastic Packaging, Metal, and Inert – Cheaper….  Mixed skips – difficult to analyse and proven more expensive

8 The Landmark, E14  £160m residential  800 flats, 103 floors, 4 blocks  City centre project – limited space  70% segregated on site – 100% recycled  30% to MRF – 80% recycled  Total waste recycled – 94%
