Choose Alternative Courses 5. Fill out scheduling form with requested 10 th grade courses. 6. Input Course Selection into Skyward. 7. Turn in Course Selection Form with appropriate signatures.

3. Access Family Connections through both the CGHS and Guidance Homepages

4. Skyward Username And Password Use your Skyward Login Username and Password. Example: SMITHCHAR000 is entered into the email blank instead of an email address.

5. Select the Courses tab to access your 4-year plan

6. Select “Manage My Course Plan”

7. Find the Draft Plan you created in Keystone and select “View/Print”

8. Select “View By Grade Level

9. 10 th Grade Courses in your plan can be Viewed/Printed to assist with entry into Skyward

Important Dates ► Parent Scheduling Information Night January 24, 2013 at 7pm ► Incomplete Schedules will be returned to the student for correction. ► Schedule requests must be completed online by January 30, 2013. The paper schedule request forms are also due at this time in the guidance office. ► Counselor will set up individual appointments once a completed schedule is returned.
