A fun Health & Wellness program, with walking as the primary fitness activity – something almost everyone can do A series of 3 programs per year, each with a themed virtual journey to places around the world, that challenge participants to walk 10,000 steps a day for 100 days A password protected online tool for participants to set step, weight loss and fundraising goals, track their progress and get fitness, health and nutrition tips A team based system and social network, which keeps people engaged and motivated, and builds camaraderie – has chat and message board capabilities A way for participants to support a charity by raising pledges, further motivating them to walk and get or stay fit

3 What do Participants Receive?  Participants receive a wellness kit that includes a fanny pack and pedometers  Customized personal web page on Steps2Give.com where they set and track step, weight loss and fundraising goals  Complete program guide  Health, nutrition and fitness tips  Showcase of their achievements on the Steps2Give site and is up loadable to other social networks  A full health risk assessment program  Motivational emails  Social networking tools: central and team message boards, send messages to teammates, invitation tool to ask others to participate, viral video that can incorporate their photo and be forwarded  Pledge tool to solicit and collect donations for the charity or charities they have chosen to support

6 How the program is sold directly to HR professionals responsible for health and wellness, via HR.com member base (just under 200,000 worldwide) via local ambassadors, chambers, and cities via staff and volunteer networks of partnering charities word of mouth via social networks and viral campaigns

7 As a “Partner”, Charitable organizations can… be listed as a charity that all participants can select to support – authorize S2G to use charity logo on S2G site pages and in marketing material receive 100% of donations raised in support of your charity, plus all contact information for each donor promote S2G challenges to staff, volunteers, provincial/state and regional chapters, and to supporters and users of resources and website to earn referral compensation receive a portion of registration fees, based on the portion of donations that your charity has generated differentiate your charity by supporting a program that fosters healthier lifestyles in people over 100 days, three times per year, and not just a single day or hour event promote your charity to participants for 300 days per year – walkers log into the site every day combine with existing events and promotions and build awareness support healthier workplaces because walking with Steps2Give reduces employee sick days and healthcare costs, increases employee’s productivity, and creates healthier communities.

9 Walk Around the World Participants can walk in 1, 2 or all 3 challenges each year April 1 – July 8, 2010 – Tour of the Far East Explore India, China, the Middle East, and Jewels of the Orient Currently underway and closed to additional participation. Sept 1 – Dec 9, 2010 – Tour of the Old World Explore Europe now and as it was thousands of years ago! Jan 10 – April 19, 2011 – Tour of the Southern Hemisphere Explore Antarctica, Australia, New Zealand, South America, and Africa

10 Registration is Simple Use the easy online registration system –register as an individual and be added to a team, or –register a 5-person team Set goals –steps to walk (default 10,000/day) –pounds to lose –funds to raise Choose the charity or charities to support and use the pledge request and collection tools Use the e-invite tool to challenge others to participate and become healthier Receive your kit a week ahead and start walking!
