The Micro Time 200 system: Olympus IX71 microscope body. Excitation system based on firbre-coupled pulsed laser diodes. PicoQUANT, LDH-P-C470, pulse FWHM ~ 200ps, average power ~ 1 Main optical unit. (2 APDs, Perklin Elmer SPCM-AQR-13 SPAD module) Data acquisition and control electronics. (Time-Tagged Time Resolved (TTTR), Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC)). Scanning stage: Piezo-elements for X-Y-Z 3D scanning stage (80um). AFM system: Asylum Research MFP-3S BIO. Scanning range. (90*90 um2 in x-y direction, 28 um in z-direction)
