F OOD Physical Characteristics Fish, Beans, Fruits, Soup, Eggs, Garlic, and Potatoes stuffed with onions. Beliefs and Religion Basic Baleada Recipe: Ingredients: 2 cups of wheat flour 1 cup of water or tepid milk 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup oil To make the Tortilla (the Baleada Shell): -Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. -Knead the mixture until it is completely mixed and not sticky. -Form the dough into golf ball size balls. -Cover and let sit for about 20 minutes. -Take each ball of dough and stretch it on a flat surface to make a large tortilla. Should be thick. -Set the tortilla on a hot pan or grill until crisp. -Turn the tortilla over and cook the other side. Then you could fill it with anything you want like beans.

F OOD P ART 2 Weather and Natural Disasters The fields get cracked, brushed up, torn, and dry because of droughts, earthquakes and tornadoes. In Peru there are lots of earthquakes and not much tornadoes.

L ANGUAGE Physical Environment Spanish Quenchua Aymara No other language, but many people visit there so they speak English, Korean, or anything their own language is.

R ELIGION Physical Environment Dance to the Music on special holidays such as in the Lord of the Miracles Festival. They dance to a music called the Peruvian Folk music. They are indigenous people. Beliefs and Religion Roman Catholic and Christian

D RESS AND C LOTHING Physical Characteristics Wore western style clothing. They had traditional outfits that fit their farming background. They wore long baggy shirts and pants. Beliefs and Religions They wore traditional hand weaved shirts and pants on festivals with feathers. The babies wore cloth wrapped around them.

S PORTS Physical Characteristics Soccer(most popular) Football Basketball Volleyball Gymnastics Surfing Peru is close to the coast so the Peru people walk there. Weather and Natural Disasters Surfing because the tides depend on the weather. Soccer and all the other because it might rain or have a storm.
