Why this meeting? To initiate a discussion with the Council of Europe bodies and the member states on how the implementation of the recommendations concerning Roma inclusion and basic human rights in general, can be improved.

What can PACE do to make its recommendations and resolutions more effective? What measures need to be taken to ensure the implementation of ECHR judgments and decisions of the European Committee on Social Rights?
