5 5 BMS Milestones (1) 1997 BMS rental and leasing MS-Windows system had been implemented in Budget Rent a Car Israel. 1998 BMS Vehicle Rental system went into production in Budget Spain rental branches. 1999 BMS won the Budget EMEA bid for all the Western European countries in the corporate. 2000In 6 months, the software had been implemented in the following Budget EMEA countries: Switzerland, Austria, Germany, France, UK and Netherland. 2001 BMS developed and implemented functionalities for franchisees working on the same system with the corporate (for Budget). BMS passed ‘Avis Futures’ qualifications, who intended to use it in Avis European countries (project canceled due internal Avis reasons). 2002 BMS starts a joint venture with Orion company in USA for distributing software in North and Central America.

6 6 BMS Milestones (2) 2003Dollar and Thrifty (DTAG) declared that BMS is a qualified vendor and the BMS software was installed in Dollar rental Company in Nebraska. 2004BMS started the development of a new comprehensive and advanced leasing system (LeaseWare), based on the knowledge and experience with the previous BMS leasing system. 2005BMS developed a system for managing Internet reservations and other web tools and services for rental companies. 2006Two successful international projects for Budget Germany and Austria, in which, the entire IT environment had been moved from UK to the Germany and Austria licensees (overnight move transparent to the users). 2007The new advanced leasing system (LeaseWare) implemented in Budget Israel and BMS began marketing the new leasing version in Europe.

7 7 BMS Milestones (3) 2008BMS Outbound system installed for a car rental broker in France (Speedrent, Add-Rental), with web services that manages a web site with more than 400 worldwide rental companies set in one BMS database. New BMS installation for ATU, the largest workshops company in Germany. 2009The new LeaseWare version first installation in USA (InsTrust Insurance Group). 2010The new version of the Fleet Management system had been implemented in Dutch Service Groups that manages trucks and cars fleets in Netherlands and UK. 2011Implementation of the BMS Outbound Rental system in Dollar Thrifty and the LeaseWare system in OneLease, OTO and other leasing companies in Israel.
