About Niagara AX Framework
Niagara Framework, a Java-based framework, provides a software infrastructure to integrate diverse systems and devices - regardless of manufacturer or communication protocol - into a unified platform that can be easily managed in real time over the Internet using a standard web browser. The Framework also includes a comprehensive toolset that enables non-programmers to build rich applications in a drag-and-drop environment. Niagara AX is fully scalable, meaning that it can be run on platforms spanning the range from small, embedded devices to enterprise class servers.

Spyder Unitary Controllers Per WEBS JACE
The Theoretical Maximum Spyder Device Count with a WEBS controller based on Unit Load is 124. However the following rules should be used. The WEBS 2 Series JACE is NOT Supported. The JACE 4 and 5 Series are NOT Recommended. Models with 32MB of flash will are not supported. The max Spyder Devices on a WEB-600E is to be determined. Currently support is 60 per Loop for LON, with a max of 80 devices per JACE, Max 2 LON Loops per JACE. Currently support is 30 per Loop for BACnet, with a max of 80 devices per JACE , Max 4 BACnet Loops per JACE.

Zio™ TR71 LCD Wall Module Feature
Used with the enhanced Spyder ™ Controller with Sylk™ Two-wire polarity-insensitive bus interface Large backlit display Pull down and view almost any point in the Spyder controller Customizable home screens Balance systems from the wall module Use Spyder tool to customize your configurations and home screen Multiple override options Easy to use, borrows from Honeywell homes thermostat design Only two models do it all (one offers humidity) The new Zio Wall Module offers features unlike any other LCD wall module on the market today. Compatible with the new Spyders that have the Sylk bus connection (marked Sbus on the terminals), the Zio requires only two wires to the controller. Both power and communication travel on these two wires. The wires are polarity insensitive, so you can’t mis-wire. From the Zio, you can access and change almost any point in the controller. These parameters are set up using the Spyder tool, as we will show later. You can balance systems, and view or change points like discharge air temp, outdoor air temp, humidity, CO2, pressure, water temp, airflow . . .anything that resides in the controller. You can pull any network variable into the controller and view or change it. And you have the flexibility to name these parameters with an 8 character alpha-numberic. You can also customize your home screen to fit different applications and tenant needs. The user interface is intuitive and simple. All of this, with only two part numbers to stock or order - the standard TR70, or the TR70-H with humidity sensing.
