Living Well Partnership Group Health Overview Consumer-governed, non-profit financing and care delivery system founded in 1947 Mission: To design, finance and deliver high-quality health care 590,000 members in Washington and North Idaho 26 medical centers and 9000 employees Contracts with 9,000 physicians and 44 hospitals

Living Well Partnership Group Health In-person workshops started in 1998 Offered at 18 medical centers 70 active volunteer leaders 6 Master Trainers 44 workshops offered in 2010 Goal to reach 600-650 members Online pilot started in 2009 Goal to reach 500 members by June 2011

Living Well Partnership Senior Services Living Well Program Workshops began at Northshore Senior Center in 1998 Now offered at 9 senior and community centers 20 trained leaders 9 professional staff 4 GH volunteers 7 SS volunteers 7-10 workshops held each year
