2 Business Environment Food delivery industry: Fastest growing segments of the $566 Billion restaurant industry 40% of adults said that purchasing meals from restaurants and take-out and delivery places makes them more productive (National Restaurant Association’s 2010 Restaurant Industry Fact Sheet) 51% of full service restaurant customers would be likely to utilize an option of delivery directly to their home or office if offered (National Restaurant Association industry review, 2009) Number of restaurant meals eaten at home is expected to grow by 20% in the next 10 years (“A Look into the Future of Eating”, NPD Group’s, 2009)

3 Project Concept To deliver food from the best restaurants in the area to the customers in less than an hour and at the same price as it is offered in the restaurants.
