PACE Pirate Achievement Coaching & Empowerment  Every other week  20:1 Student: Teacher Ratio Goals and Objectives of PACE Program The Pirate Achievement Coaching and Empowerment program is designed so student achievement is consistently addressed. The period will provide staff members the opportunity to: o Support achievement of all students o Provide mentoring and support for at-risk students o Provide structured progress monitoring o Support PBIS o Support the Pirate Support Team goals (PEPs and Tiers)
