What is PlatinumTime? PlatinumTime is our newest, fully-integrated timekeeping product offered exclusively through PlatinumPay Xpress – Designed for bureaus to easily understand as well as directly support the product. “PlatinumTime” is what Execupay has decided to name it for own bureau

Surveys Submitted via Support Ticket – support@execupay.com Client Survey will contain all data needed for setup – Client Name & Address with Execupay Company # – Hardware Shipping – Employee Types – Overtime Rules – Lunch Rules Turnaround Time for Database Setup is 2 Business Days

Turn-in Process Execupay Support will complete the online database setup request, via InDEX. – Prospect, Company Information – Client Package – Clock Order – Upload Client Survey

Turn-in Process Execupay will work with Attendance on Demand to complete the database setup request. AoD will configure, test, and prepare clock shipment. Turnaround times for clock shipment once notification of a new order is received by AoD (from the time survey is submitted to Support): – All orders received by 2:00pm (ET) will be shipped 2 business days later, provided in stock – Orders received after 2:00pm (ET) are shipped 3 business days later, provided in stock. – Shipping by UPS Ground is paid by Attendance on Demand. Other forms of shipment will incur additional fees.

Preview of Available Clock Options The IDpunch 7 time recorder is a simple, low-cost way to gather employee “In and Out” punches and perform many employee and supervisor functions using a PIN or badge entry. The IDpunch 7 is an internet-compatible device that is easy to install. The IDpunch 7 continues to collect employee transactions even when the network is down, automatically forwarding transactions to the time and attendance system when the connection is re-established. The IDpunch 9 time recorder is an easy-to-use time clock that employees use to punch-in or punch-out and enter other time tracking information. Available with bar code or magnetic stripe readers, the time clock lets employees simply swipe their badge and go. Supervisors have labor management functions available right at the time clock. Employees can review schedules and worked hours right at the clock.

Preview of Available Clock Options The I.T. 3100 is the latest time recorder in the Intelligent Terminal series. Employees, supervisors, and the entire organization stay connected by collecting labor data right at the source— the time clock. The I. T. 3100 provides ATM style function keys, multiple reader options and can withstand the rigors of industrial environments. Employees punch in and out as well as perform other advanced time and attendance actions using a badge, barcode and PIN entry. The I.T. 3100 is built using the Linux operating system. It is suitable for industrial and production environments. Instant Operation: A true plug and play device.

Execupay Setup – Bureau Level Once you have received the URI and login credentials to be used for Time Integration setup: Add connection info under Clients > Company > Time Integration (see below image) Check off "Xpress" Web Access to grant integrated timekeeping view Account name will always be in the URL as shown below (ie: PPXAODDOTNETTest.) Save and “Refresh Lists“ to get the TLM properties from AoD (payclass id, clock group, etc.)

Execupay Setup – Bureau Level For PlatinumPay Xpress user sign-on, load the same credentials in PlatinumPay (From Execupay > Execupay suite > Applications > Platinum Pay or HR > Select Company Employee > HR Employee services > select Employee)

Execupay Setup – Bureau Level Edit Company > make sure these 2 Custom Fields are set with “Xpress” in String value. – This is very important. Data will not transfer if this part is not completed.

Execupay Setup – Bureau Level Go to Global > HR Lists > “TLM Field Names” > For Client “123” > take a screen capture of the HR List values. These will need to be entered in PPx as the number value assigned (ie: payclass id Full Time = 1, Part Time = 2, Clock group #1 = 1, etc.).

Employee Sync – PlatinumPay Xpress Almost there - a couple more things.. check off “Include in Time & Labor" add the TLM property numeric value from HR Lists.

Time & Labor in PlatinumPay Xpress A Client training video will be made available to licensees. Time & labor Sections : The Dashboard View is customizable. It will show things such as the Employee time card summary, missing punches, and unauthorized time cards.
