2 Clinical Data 48-year-old woman 2014. July : 14x20 mm lesion on ultrasound in the left breast. Radiologist concludes uncertain lesion (U3), US-guided core biopsy was taken. We recieved the specimen, without any anamnestic data regarding the patient

5 Surgery Mastectomy + ALND Gross appearance: 6,7 x 2,5 cm firm, greyish-white lesion 22 lymph nodes were extracted

8 Anamnestic Data Anamnestic data provided by the oncologist: October 2010.: pleural carcinosis December 2010.: pleurodesis Cytology of the pleural fluid: malignant cells, suggesting ovarian primary (CA-125+) February 2011.: Hysterectomy and bilateral adnexectomy
