2. Introduction My name is Tara King. I am a mother of four wonderful girls, and I have worked in the school system as a teacher assistant for 12 years. I am interested in pursuing a masters degree in early childhood education.

3. Future Goals I would love to teach high school students about early childhood education.

It is important that we have an environment that is conducive to learning and safe for everyone.

6. Different School Mode As I conducted an interview with two schools, I found out that most schools face the same challenges. Technology and parent involvement was at the top of the list. I feel that both teachers and parents play a huge part of the student’s education. Technology is the way of life, and if implemented in the classroom, can go far.

8. Assessment Maters In today’s world, it is important that teachers understand the importance the importance of assessments. Assesments are a helpful resource that teachers can use to direct their teaching and teach adequately. An assessment does matter and is very important to the teacher as well as the students.
