22. Immunization Requirement  Tdap  Required for all incoming 7 th graders  Protects against Tetanus (Lock Jaw), Pertussis (Whooping Cough), Diphtheria  Available from your Primary Care Physician or from Clermont County Health Clinic

If a parent does not have the funds for the immunization the Health department will waive the fee. You will need to take a current copy of your child's immunization with you.  Please call as soon as possible because appointment times fill up quickly.
