Actual payment will not occur until the following month.

Over the Phone Customers can call in to the staff during normal working hours at 775-784-9930 to pay over the phone VISA, Mastercard, and EFT are accepted Other types of transactions such as deposits and miscellaneous charges can be paid over the phone The customer is read a confirmation number to document the transaction

14. Drop Box The customer drop box is conveniently located in front of City Hall by the flag poles Customers do not have to get out of their car because they can drive right in front of city hall and use the drop box through the driver’s side window Available 24/7

15. Mail Return envelopes are provided to conveniently return checks in the mail Mailed in payments are promptly posted to customer accounts

16. Third Party Bill Pay Services Most third party bill pay services actually issue a paper check to the City for payment. Customer should allow sufficient time for these services to issue checks and for the City to receive and post the checks. The City electronically receives certain clearinghouse payments for certain bill pay services. However, only xpressbillpay.com can provide on-line information about the Customer account
